Varinder Singh is a dedicated community leader, business professional, and longtime Queens resident proudly serving Richmond Hill, South Richmond Hill, Kew Gardens, and surrounding communities as a candidate for Democratic District Leader in New York State Assembly District 24-B.

With educational experience in Political Science and Real Estate, Varinder brings a strong background in public policy, civic engagement, and community leadership. He serves as Chief Executive Officer of HS Real Advisors, a real estate management and business brokerage firm, and HS Development Group, a construction management and general contracting company.

Varinder is an active member of Queens Community Board 10, serving on both the Education Committee and JFK International Airport Committee. He is also involved with the Queens Civic Engagement Committee and the Queens Democratic Party, where he continues to advocate for stronger neighborhoods and greater community participation.

He believes in expanding affordable healthcare, strengthening mental health and substance abuse prevention programs, improving public education, supporting youth development and sports programs, and increasing access to affordable childcare and career training opportunities. Varinder strongly supports public safety through common-sense gun safety laws while advocating for proper funding and resources for police officers, firefighters, EMTs, and first responders.

A strong advocate for immigrants, working families, labor unions, nonprofit organizations, and small businesses, Varinder believes government and community leaders must work together to create economic opportunity, affordable housing, quality education, and safer, more inclusive communities throughout Queens.
